Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both a member and the captain in the 2012 fierce 5 and the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. In 2012 Raisman was awarded gold for team events as well as the floor exercises. In the balance beam, she received the bronze medal. She was an elite American to have won the most Olympic medals. In the 2016 Olympics she won a silver medal for the team competition, earning her and teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having been as the only Americans to win back-to-back teams gold medals. Also, she took home silver medals for the individual all-around as well as the floor exercise. The two Olympics she had taken a break from competitive gymnastics for three years. Also, she was a member of the gold-winning American team in 2 World Championships. The event she enjoys the most is the floor workout. Gymnastics was her first sport she began to learn at the age of two years older. Aly is a supporter of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in memory her grandmother, who died of cancer. She wants to have an enviable career in fashion. Her distinctive leotards, socks and other items will be expanded on in the near future. The book she is working on is entitled Fierce that will be released later this year.
